I don't know what Heather is talking about. My children have and are attending this day care. Don't know if this mother has ever sit in classroom and observed the activities the children participate in. Each classroom has over 30 activities to do. Every teacher has early childhood education, degrees and/or experience. My children enjoy attending this day care, and I wouldn't want them going any where else. I happy with this facility, I love the teachers and I feel my children are safe and in a healthy place. I never had any issues with my statement at the end of year, and I also paid on a weekly base. I have seen children running from their parents upon arrival to go home, not because they are unhappy it's because they do not want to go home. My children were well prepared for public class being at the top of class or exceeding the top of class expectations. I love this center and highly recommend it. I know as of today they have been in business over 20 years, they must be doing something great.
There are no activities for children when in their care. The safety of the kids is at risk with reckless driving to and from school to daycare. My child was scared on numerous occasions. Kids are isolated from kids in their own age group because they do not have enough teachers to care for the kids in each age group. On several occasions I witnessed the teachers yelling at kids when I picked my kids up from care. You should also watch closely for how she does her record keeping. She will come at you at the end of the year claiming you didn’t make all of your payments even when you do every week and get receipts for it. She will tell you if you do not pay and question her in the process then your kids will have to leave the daycare. When there is an issue, there are no resolutions in place on how to fix it besides telling the kids they do not want to be around you and will isolate you. Basically this is just a shelter for kids to be in and providing no other service to the kids.
