one staff member with expired PDL Daily attendance was not current or recorded Staff member was asleep in chair when licensing worker entered the room. Licensing asked a staff member through the door, of the adjoining room to witness this staff member sleeping and this other teacher had to waken the sleeping teacher. Children were engaged in arts and crafts and free play. Room was not chaotic. noise level was very soft. |
