Description: A quiet residential community surrounds the St. John Center. Our courtyards and playgrounds exemplify our commitment to the health and safety of children. It is our belief that children learn optimally through play and that play is the work of children. Our bright classrooms encourage creativity through the use of learning centers. Our Curriculum focuses on each child's developmental needs using age and stage appropriate activities and materials to implement concepts and objectives. Manipulatives, games, art, books, music, science, and outdoor play are integrated into the daily scheduled as an extension of this philosophy. Additionally, formal classes including music, ballet, computer, gymnastics, swimming, and chapel are available.
