My name is Maritza Lopez. I am the owner and child care provider for Room to Bloom Child Care. I am a married mother to an amazing 3 year old son. I have a lot of experience working with children of all ages. While a lot of my experience comes from raising my own son, I have also learned a lot from working with children of all ages while working at the Kings County YMCA. I also worked in a kindergarten classroom as a teacher's aid with The Cesar Chavez Education Institute. I currently have certificates inInfant, Child, and Adult CPR, Health and Safety Prevention, and First Aid. I am also a certified nursing assistant. My goal is to provide a safe and happy place where children can learn through play. Your child will receive quality personal care and individual attention in a loving home. For me, it is not a job, it is what I enjoy doing and I take care of each child like my own.
