Director is not qualified and extremely incompetent. Staff is untrained and unaware of state regulations. When confronted about issues the Director becomes confrontational and will stop at nothing to retaliate against anyone who speaks out against the neglect of the children.
Staff is almost all new and extremely inexperienced. Knowledge of state regulations is at a minimum standard. The supervision of children is lacking in many instances. Child had regressed due to mistakes made by staff. Lack of learning and very little actual work to show.
