Description: Welcome to Quality Learning Center (Daycare) website. We are located at 56 Midway Road, Rowland, NC 28383. It is an affordable concept in childcare education. The center is owned by Sandra Locklear and the Director is Lori Locklear.
We are accepting applications for enrollment. Please feel free to come by or contact us to setup a time you can come to tour our facility and meet our staff. We look forward to meeting you and your children.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.
