Description: PERQUIMANS COUNTY HEAD START is a Five Star Center License in Winfall NC, with a maximum capacity of 40 children. This child care center helps with children in the age range of 3 through 5. The provider does not participate in a subsidized child care program.

I love them! The staff have such beautiful personalities and really helped my babies blossom. I could go on about the school but just know you guys are greatly appreciated.
