I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Our Amazing Angels. The initial first interview with the owner was pleasant and I had high hopes. However I repeatedly had to either wake up the employee on shift (or have the owner of the establishment call them herself) so the employee on shift can receive my child in the morning. Which should have never happened. You are at work, why are you sleeping? Not only that, I have been lied to about what my daughter had for lunch or breakfast. My daughter is intelligent and does not lie to me for just any reason and told me several times that she was not fed there, even told me she did not get lunch in front of all the employees who tried to tell me that she was lying. My child's last day she was told that she is a big crybaby and that she "will be taught not to cry all the time if she remains in my care". I have a feeling that they all will back up each other and gang up against your child. When I decided to remove my child from her care I contacted her and received no response. No apology for her staff's behavior, no asking me why I did not want to have my child attend there or any attempt to rectify the situation. Beware beware beware. I will probably receive some type of blowback for this review and I really do not care. If you have 0 response for how your staff acts in your facility then I have much less respect for the entire situation all around, and I will share my experience so other parents know what to look for.
