The facility itself is fairly clean and the teachers that are currently there are nice. However, staffing tends to change every few months due to teachers leaving. Daycare has had issues with keeping staff which resulted in their closing time changing (went from closing at 5:30 to closing at 4:30), being closed random days, and the students' teachers changing every few months. The tuition increased while their multi child discount decreased. When there are changes, such as hours permanently changing or if they decide to be closed, they fail to notify parents with enough notice. For example, when they decided to change their closing time, they notified parents through the Lilio app late Wednesday afternoon saying they had a board meeting the night before and voted to close early, and that change would be in affect the following Monday (not even a full 3 day notice). Then they decided they were short staffed week of spring break. they let parents know at 3:00 on Monday that they would be closed on Thursday and Friday giving only a 2 or 3 day notice. You cant tell me that they were not aware they wouldnt have enough coverage until the week of.
so key issues are:
- high fee's
- Time changes
- High staff turnover
- short notice of important facility changes/closings
