I would just like to say my children were enrolled at this facility from March 2015 tIL the end of October 2015. I removed them from this facility when I realized nothing was going to change. To start my youngest son was in the infant room. And the staff in there was amazing and I felt like they genuinely cared for my son. My older son was in the 2 year old room. And he had multiple incidents which don't sound right to me. He had been bit on his arms back and face. The bite on his back broke skin.he fell on a pile of wood that was on their playground for some reason and managed to cut his chin. He had a girl scratch the crap out of his face and the office staff had no incident reports about it. I was in tears and I was informed that this is normal for 2 year olds. I went in on my days off a few times to meet with the director to discuss my concerns she srugged it off her shoulders and again said it's normal behavior for this age. Told me they are increasing the number of teachers in that room. Didn't help. In fact one of his incidents I had one of his teachers inform me that my son got hurt cause the other teachers weren't paying attention. They assure you at the beginning that they have cameras and can rewind and access any concerns. When I asked them about an incident they refused to show cameras her words were only way I'm obligated to show you this is if you take me to court and the judge demands to see it. There you have it. So much for a 5 star center with 5 star prices people. I highly recommend searching for a more reliable daycare.
