I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Lack of supervision. Lack of management. My son was BITTEN by another child three times in a ten day span. If the first or second time wasn't enough to closely supervise this bitter, it happened AGAIN. I was told bitting is normal for this age and they are doing the best they can to supervise this, however no additional supervision was considered.

I pulled my son from Kid Country as this facility does not prioritize safety.
