The staff here is TERRIBLE! I work close to the daycare and all I hear alllll day is the staff screaming at the children, calling them names and insulting them. It's atrocious. I have called reports in more than once, but NOTHING has been done. I've seen staff grab the children and drag them into the building, and I've seen them throw balls at the children. I cannot believe this happens daily and no one does anything, even after reports are made. Don't believe me? I will happily let you come with me to work and listen for yourself!!!

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My child has been at this daycare for 2 and a half years. I have never had a single issue. Today, as my niece was taking our children to FES she was approached by a male employee in an irate manner. He accused her of trying to run him, his mother(who runs this center) and 2 of the children over. The only proof he had was that she was driving a black SUV with VA tags. He ran up to her waving his finger and saying that she was the one because she had a black SUV with VA tags. He did this in front of our children. He cursed at her and left. When she went to the daycare to tell them the children would not be there, this man (who is the son of the employee how runs it)continued to accuse her and write down her tag number to report to the police. Now, my niece goes there on a daily basis to drop off and pick up our children. These people have my address, place of employment and telephone number. They could have easily given this to the officer. They were completely out of control and unprofessional in handling this. She continued to explain to them that she was not the one. They were discussing the fact that the SUV had temporary tags and my nieces vehicle had permanent, so she couldn't have been the perpetrator, which we already knew due to the fact that she was at home when it supposedly happened. The staff was very rude to her and defensive. The man that accused her (again, he is the son of the lady who runs it) told her that this was not a hotel when she explained that the children wouldn't be there and she didn't bring the payment in the AM. The lady that runs it told her to "read her contract" and was also rude. We have ALWAYS paid our bill and have never had any issues with payment. However, payment is not the issue. The issue is that this man was allowed to behave in such an inappropriate manner. He was actually defended. In 2017, he approached a vehicle in which he did not know the driver or the occupants inside, on school property in a threatening and irate manner. In my opinion, that was also dangerous. Before this incident, I would have whole-heartedly recommended this daycare. However, the behavior of these individuals today has caused me to change my mind. I would not recommend them anymore. I have immediately withdrawn our children.
