I have used this provider for more than 6 months

DVLC is Under new ownership, The only complaint I have and why it isnt 5 stars is that they do not cater to siblings.

I work for another daycare near by. When I was out on a mandatory training, I was approached by the owner who was interested in employing me. She suggested that if I quit my current job that day, she would give me a "pay bump, over what she normally pays" I thought this was really sketchy because she knew I was there getting trained by another daycare who took the time to recruit, interview, hire, and train me. And the fact that she suggested that I quit without notice shows that she has no respect for other daycare centers in the community! She also was sloppily dressed and looked like she needed a shower. Honestly, at first I did not even believe she was a business owner based on her appearance and conduct. But I found her on Facebook and confirmed who she was. I don't know what kind of program Sue runs, but I personally would not recommend her to parents or prospective employees who are interested in working in childcare!

I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

Dirty, unprofessional owners and facility. Prior to this discovery, the owner (whom is all over the place, unorganized, filthy and seems to have issues) never got back to us in regards to our application that we filled out and hand delivered due to owner forcing us to do so for our daughter. During our tour (after us submitting our application in the beginning of tour)we witnessed large amounts of un-controlled bullying, swearing, filth, etc. My husband and friends would never suggest/refer anyone to this place.. let alone "child care facility".
