They should loose their license after the owners daughter and another person who works there is behind bars for child neglect and endangerment. Center was inspected by the state of VA because an infant died and they were violated several times because they were shown on camera abusing infants and not checking on the one that died (laid him in his stomach with blankets over his head) for over three hours.
