This provider is quality rated but that rating came from a brief observation during one occasion. The director has a wonderful first impression and works well with anyone who’s child is an angel and doesn’t create any challenge for the classroom. The teachers follow the director like a minion. They don’t have the skills to talk with parents and refer them to the director. She has a very harsh tone with the children and will even bark orders at the teachers and staff. You will always see the director working in the kitchen and not with the children. The teachers are kind and I feel if they had better leadership this would be a much better place to leave your child. If you need a place this isn’t the worst but be prepared for numerous phone calls if your child doesn’t stay “in line”.
