Description: Bright Beginnings Episcopal Preschool is a childhood learning center established to provide children of all races, creeds and ethnic backgrounds with a stimulating learning environment which will assist them in achieving their highest potential. The philosophy of BBEP is that the well-being of the child comes first. Our mission and philosophy are incorporated throughout our school goals. The mission is to offer a Christian based early childhood program for families of all races, creeds and ethnic backgrounds. We provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment that meets the needs of “the whole child” spiritually, cognitively, socially, emotionally and physically. Bright Beginnings Episcopal Preschool is open Monday through Friday from 7:30-5:30 for ages 2-5 years of age. All classes implement “center based learning.” This practice allows children to interact with their teachers and peers while learning basic concepts of literacy, math, science and art. Our academic curricula include Zoophonics, Handwriting Without Tears and Read, Play, Learn. The school also offers extra-curricular activities such as Chapel, Spanish, art, music, kids in the kitchen, field trips and more. Play is encouraged and integrated into all aspects of learning.
