Description: A Kid’s Place (a non-profit organization) is directed by Susie Leonard, who has over 40 years experience in early childhood education. She served as director of Temple Isaiah Preschool in West Los Angeles for thirteen years and was the head of the toddler and transition programs for the thirteen years prior to that. A Kid’s Place opened in January of 2004 and is the culmination of a dream shared by Susie and her daughter Amanda. The staff who facilitates the various programs at A Kid’s Place is made up of experienced and dedicated teachers united by a belief in, and respect for, the uniqueness of every child.
