Buenos Dias! My name is Veronica Anderson. I am CPR Certified and Montessori trained with over 10 years of child care experience. I am a previous preschool director in Kansas, and a previous lead teacher in one of Kansas City's leading Montessori private schools. I am looking to start a Montessori based program in my home with a smaller class size of 5-7 compared to the 18-20 class size I am accustomed to. My observations of the child conclude there is significantly more success using the Montessori method in a smaller class environment. Meals and snacks provided using local fresh farm eggs and organic produce seasonally! Mother of two and bilingual, I am also very nurturing and attentive to your child's needs. Subjects of Montessori lessons include; practical life, grace and courtesy, language, math, sensorial, science, Spanish, music, yoga, botany, help with potty training, and much more!

I know it's very hard to leave your little one and go to work and the only thing that can make that situation better is knowing your child is going somewhere that makes them happy! Kids generally are happier in a home based environment because it's the closest thing to being home. Offering full time childcare. I do follow all of the legal Missouri State Daycare operating rules. I am able to care for 4 children per 1 adult. My fiancé is approved to work with and care for foster children. You can be assured that your child will be eating healthy breakfasts, lunches, and snacks. I do not allow the TV to care for/babysit your child. We have a lesson plan during every week. We also do "free play" at the end of the day for kids to work on socialization skills. We will work on the basics that Springfield School System requires for your child to attend Kindergarten: Your child will learn: Rules, Sharing, and playing well with others. 1. Attend to personal needs 2. Listen 3. Follow 1 and 2 step directions 4. Understand the concept of a story 5. Attend to an activity for at least 10 minutes 6. Recognize colors 7. Recognize alphabet 8. Recognize numbers 9. Recognize shapes 10. Sort objects by color, size, shape, etc. We do have outdoor play every day of the week (weather permitting). There are age appropriate toys (indoor and outdoor) (NEW HUGE Rainbow Playset to be here Wednesday! - Pictured) and your child will be supervised every minute of the day. I have a schedule of our daily routine to give you as well. Rates are $90/week per child. I will provide everything needed for daily activities except diapers, formula, etc. and will provide rest beds for your child to nap on. I do apologize, but I am not able to accept state pay. Please give me a call or text at the number listed above via the "reply" button to schedule a time to meet me and my family and see our home.
