The Ohana Education Center’s kindergarten is an all day kindergarten. We go beyond the other area schools by having our kindergarten class be the same length of time as the other classes, as well as by using actual textbooks that are a first grade level. Report cards will be sent home at the end of each quarter so parents can see the progress their children are making. There are also two scheduled parent/teacher conferences during the school year, however parents can schedule additional conferences with their child’s teacher at any time. Our kindergarten class is very hands on including things such as painting, play-acting, puppetry, games, singing and much more! Our kindergarteners are learning at an advanced level through the use of first grade textbooks and curriculum. Our students are able to learn at their own pace making their schooling all the more successful! |
