I have used this provider for more than 6 months

We have been at Windsor for 4 years now. My girls absolutely adore Windsor and the staff. The teachers at Windsor truly care about the children there. This is evident in the fact that my girls love to go to school and walk in and leave with a smile every day. One thing I really like as a parent is knowing that my kids are outside playing a lot. It is a great feeling to know that my kids are not only cared for and safe, but truly loved when I have to be at work. I am thankful my girls are at such a wonderful place.

My kids have been at this center since they were 6 weeks old. My oldest son was reading when he started kindergarten. I love the recent updates and renovations. The teachers and management are great and I recommend this facility to everyone.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My kids are constantly getting sick from this facility. They have gotten lice. They have been scratched up, I am only assuming by the other children since the so called cameras in the facility obviously never work. I've gotten many excuses from the Supervisors slash managers that the videos can't be downloaded for whatever there reasons are with a smile. That only leaves me to the conclusion that they don't have proper surveillance for this facility. I've been advised that staff are going to quit because of the children. I haven't seen a moment where this facility, that pulls in at least 500k plus a year, has uptraining classes for over worked employees. I have so much to say that this little complaint comment box can not and will not hold them. This facility is under trained with many violations against the children and very Poor supervision. With the money that I spend for 2 kids, which is $1440.00, with no assistance for kids with disabilities (which I have and they see it as a hindrance with there actions and my kid is always in trouble do there special needs), I have to outsource help for my child to assist this facility to help my kid. This should be explained from the beginning of enrollment for your children. The last thing a parent wants is to hear and see the frustration of your children after you are trying to work really hard to provide for them. This facility needs to be brought up to code for special needs kids and more workers that are certified trained for a school that occupies so many children. I am so frustrated with how my kids want me to change facilities but when you are on a budget, how do you explain to your small kids where they understand That? There needs to be a huge change in this facility with uptraining constantly from the teachers and some program for teachers to relieve there stress.

My children have grown up at Windsor Academy.  They were well loved in every classroom they were in.  My daughter was reading when she went into public kindergarten, thanks to Mrs. Donna, the kindergarten teacher.  There is very little turnover in the staff, and the teachers are very consistent.  I absolutely loved our experience at Windsor, and recommend it to everyone.
