This daycare is ridiculous! Kenza is very unprofessional especially with money handling. The teachers seem so miserable. None of them make you think they enjoy working with children. It's as if it's just a check for them. The children are treated horribly and don't learn anything. She has 2 years olds in the same room as new borns. Just for an example. I've seen the boys have to line up in front of the girls while they're sitting on the toilet. That's unscceptabe. So glad I took my children out of there. DSS really needs to visit this place.
Mrs.Kenza is the worst director and this place is a dump. I've had the worst experience with this childcare wish I would have looked at past reviews before choosing this place....So many expectations and my child never learned anything.
I have had an amazing experience with this provider. I've known the owner and family for many years, and the daycare center wasn't open when her child was born. In fact, it didn't open for about 7 years. Anyway, WTCDC is an amazing center that prides itself in helping families. I love Ms. Kenza and the staff.
This Daycare Center is absolutely amazing! Thanks to all the staff that work so diligently! Ms. Kenza, the director, is an awesome woman who doesn't have an issue helping whomever because she is a Christian. And considering I've known Ms.Kenza and her family for many years prior to when her center opened, her daughter was an infant about 8 years prior to the opening of the center. So as for your argument "no name on July 25th 2015", it's invalid. :).
I only gave it a 1 star because a zero star wasn't in the selection. This is the worst daycare I've ever seen in my entire life. They are understaffed and uneducated when it comes to taking care of other people kids. They hit the kids and yell at them. The director, Kenza Maxwell tries to act like she's all Godly but she's horrible. She has a hidden agenda! She tries to get anything she can get out of these young poor parents. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE! DSS just needs to shut this place down. They are horrible. And teachers that have worked there will let you know quickly. They do not follow state regulations. They do what ever Kenza tells them to do which is totally opposite of what's right. Keep in mind. When Kenzas daughter was an infant she didn't even go to her own mother's daycare. That's how bad it is.
