Description: The VNCOC’s “Phu Dong” Early Childhood Development Center, with its bi-lingual, bi-cultural staff, including health professionals and educators, provides services, support and training not being offered by other childcare providers. The center’s philosophy and curriculum is based on NAEYC’s accreditation standards and developmentally appropriate practices.
The VNCOC’s “Phu Dong” Early Childhood Development Center realizes the importance of the early years of development and the necessity for quality care. Goals include primary caregiving, small groups, responsiveness to the individual needs of young children and a strong relationship with parents.The Center accepts children from 2 to 6 years of age.
