I have used this provider for more than 6 months

- My almost 5.5 year old daughter now was with her for 4+ years, since 11.5 months (almost) until she was moved out to go to challenger last year.
- My 18 month old son has been under her care, since last 10 months.
- Its located @ the junction of Lawrence and Cabrillo. Its run by Laxmi ji and she can be contacted at 408-564-0536.
- She has an extremely clean, spick and span house, with a (child-safe) backyard with play-structures / tricycles / etc
- She serves healthy and delicious home cooked warm meal to her students everyday.

Now here are some of the other important highlights that I feel distinguishes this daycare from the rest in the market
- She is absolutely disciplined and works hard to make sure the kids that she gets are not just well-fed, but also grow up to be a well-disciplined and well mannered kids.
- My kid is so comfortable with her, that she almost feels like its her second home.
- She is extremely caring and loving.
- She engages kids in fitness activities like yoga etc, to make sure they develop a liking towards these, from the very beginning
- She during the kid's tenure with her, covers the pre-school syllabus with each one of them, as and when each one show readiness for it
- She teaches devotional songs/prayers/shlokas, which to me is very important, as we come from a religious background and I would want to have my daughter being brought up the same way.
- She celebrates both Indian and American festivals, and educates the kids about the significance / value system associated with each one.
- She makes sure the kids develop good eating habits, which include liking to eat all fruits and vegetables and and open mind to try new foods/fruits/vegetables.
- (And to conclude) From my experience in dealing with her, she doesn't run the daycare *just* as her business. I can give numerous examples of this, to whoever is interested, if need be.

A few things about me and my family
- I am a working professional in the Software Industry and so is my husband.
- Around 4 years ago, with my daughter about to turn 1, we started looking for a daycare, a place which would offer a good blend of
a good homely atmosphere - for getting her that safe/protective homely feeling
at the same time a disciplined environment where the kid can nurture and thrive
(if possible) with the same religious background and teachings that me and my husband have grown up with, back in india.
(if possible) form a good foundation of basics ranging from good habits (eating/life style/behavior etc) - which would compliment the things and environment at home, so she doesn't feel too out-of-touch and stranded between 2 worlds, when she is at the daycare during the day.
that strictly institutes no "TV" time - the reason we have this, we did come across a few places, where kids were entertained/fed etc with TV shows/youtube etc.
a place that provides her learning etc (not just nursery rhymes )
- And to say the least, when we met Laxmi Ji, needless to say that my search was done with and we have been very very happy with all our daughter has been getting from her.
- She has become a part of our family now!
- Lastly I don't think in any amount of words, I would be able to justify, everything she has done for my daughter and now my son.
- To sum it all together, I absolutely love it there.
