I have used this daycare for over a year. It seemed pretty run of the mill but the hours and cost kept me there.
However, last week while I was at work, I was contacted by an employee that I needed to pick up my child. Was she ill? No. I get to the daycare to find they were temporarily closing "due to a heat issue" - okay. However within a day, we were told we had to pick up our children's belongings on a certain day, at a certain time or it would be gone for good.
What we weren't informed of is what the REAL reason they were closing. Would we be refunded for the month paid? What happened?
Could it be the owner mismanaged her state issued money? The utilities and grocery bill does not exceed $16k/mo. The owner often seemed like she was high or something of that nature?
We want answers because we left our children in your care.
