Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone! I was taking my almost-three year old there for about four months. When I first enrolled my daughter I informed them that she was potty trained, but did still need a pull up during her nap. Reminded them of this on her first day and brought in the pull ups, even spoke with the teacher in her room to make sure we were clear. The first two weeks I was taking home bagged clothes from my daughter having accidents, but someone was still using her pull ups. After the talk, they decide to start charging me extra because she "wasn't potty trained!". Although furious, I paid. Finally this resolves, and they have an anniversary party with water sprinklers, slides, etc.. So on the day I bring Addyson's bathing suit and extra outfit as requested. When I picked her up, she was wearing another child's clothing and her clothes were soaking wet in a baggy. When I asked the teacher, she told me, "Oh, I wasn't aware her bag was here!" I let it go and got over it, but then I get a phone call telling me they have found lice in my daughter's hair. She is not ever around any other kids and I have no doubt in my mind that she got it from this facility. This was the first daycare we have ever used and never again will I EVER! It was a very hard decision, but I thought with them "having security cameras" it would be alright, but I never even got the log in information to utilize this "benefit" that I was paying for. Rude people, terrible service.
