Description: Tiny Hands, Big Dreams will provide care for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age, offering transportation to area schools and a fun-filled summer program!
Our center is set up to provide each age group their own classroom to allow the best and most effective learning and care environment possible. Each classroom will have a daily schedule and a teacher-created curriculum developed by using professional resources!
Infants 6 weeks to 18 months will have a variety of age appropriate toys and activities to keep them busy and learning throughout each day. Their daily routine will offer plenty of time for younger infants to take advantage of our mats for tummy time and play, while the older infants will have walking toys and activities to keep them busy!
Our toddler room is one of the busiest! A variety of imaginative and educational toys are at their disposal as they grow and learn during this crucial stage of development! Monthly and weekly themes are followed throughout the center, with each classroom interpreting the theme in their own creative way.
Preschool One is an amazing place for your child to continue growing and learning, developing interests and pursuing them using their imagination and the vast resources we have available for them. Our preschool class will begin working on letter and number recognition, as well as continuing their development in social skills through active play!
Our Pre-K programs are full of developmental toys and materials to help your child develop social and educational skills and prepare them for kindergarten! Our weekly schedule in these classrooms entail use of manipulatives, reading and writing time, dramatic play, and of course, our weekly theme activities!
School age children will have a hard time being bored here! Tiny Hands is stocked with a large variety of games, activities, books, and programs that will keep your school age child entertained daily! During the school year, we will have a Homework Club available to help children complete homework and excel to the best of their abilities! In the summer, field trips will be taken 3-5 times per week to libraries, swimming pools, children's museums, movies, city parks, and Mahoney State Park! On days field trips are not taken, our school age class will be able to spend time as teacher's helpers, playing on our playground, performing science experiments, conducting cooking projects and much more!
