I have been a customer with the Crayon Club for over 3 years. Under the direction of Patty Williams this was an excellent daycare and well staffed. Just recently the owner Korry Richer has fired Patty Williams and Jamie Curtis for venturing out on their own and opening a new daycare called The Kids Club. Many changes have been made that are not parent friendly. The billing provided is terrible and the ignorance of the owner Korry is absurd. Again, I have been a loyal customer for many years, and when the owner has no idea who you are or who your children are ( I have 3) it's pretty pathetic. In the same day I was given an introduction letter to the new daycare director and then 3 hours later a termination letter stating I have only 2 weeks to find new care for my children. This is all in result of me "liking" a Facebook page for supporting Patty and Jamie and being their friend. Patty and Jamie were the face of the Crayon Club and trained great staff who really cared for the kids!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE ANYMORE! They steal money, let the kids go outside in the snow barefoot, sit in the office and eat and play on the computer and just let the kids do whatever, they will leave one provider with over 20 kids by themselves, and they lie. don't put your kid here they need to be stopped.
