I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Honestly not even one star if possible! Do not take your kids to this place! This place doesn’t treat children Well. My daughter Harmonee was in this daycare for about 9 months maybe and I found out from a friend of mine that worked there that a teacher under the name Christina was screaming at my kid and shoving her head into the pillow and letting her scream for hours and calling my child a a**hole . I then called then reported it to the daycare owner and they said they “handled it” which meant they wrote a report of what I said. Nothing happened to that teacher , so I went right away and called CPS and file a report this was in beginning December of 2017. they went with a investigation on them, clearly nothing happened. Now this happens a month later! If nothing happens to to this daycare , all of authorities and news channels that have posted about this are all allowing this daycare to mistreat innocent children that can’t even tell us what’s happening! It unacceptable and after all these reports someone needs to do something. Do not take your kids here, and if your kids go here please look into new daycares or childcare if you care about the safety of your children!

I am an employee

I use to work at this facility and would never send my kids here. Most of the teachers are good, but not all. Management is wack! Tried getting me to give an 8 month old a breathing treatment without a prescription. Told me if they pee not to use wipes, only if they poop, reusing bottles without properly cleaning them.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I worked for the Children's Academy 2 a while back and would NEVER recommend to bring your child here. Most of the teachers are nice, but the management is AWFUL. Teachers are constantly quitting because of how poor the management is. One of the substitute teachers smoked weed in the children's bathroom, and the managers, who knew about this incident, did not send home this substitute teacher AND have still not fired her. There are too many children per teacher. Teachers are constantly "over ratio" because the managers refuse to hire more help. If you are wanting your child to get a quality education, DO NOT send your child here. Although the teachers are friendly, there are just too many kids per teacher in order for the teachers to focus on your child and give them the attention they deserve.

This facility is horribly ran by untrust worthy people. First they tell me my son goes there when I call to ask then the next time I call they won't tell me anything about my kid or allow me to speak to him. they also lied about not having internet access at their facility. They are rude and hung up on me when I was clamly speaking to them (the supervisor that is). They would not send me a copy of their facility's policy when I asked for it. Horrible facility, do not send your children there.
