I worked at this daycare when I was in my early 20s...I’m now 37. The gal that worked with me was Brazilian, named Priscilla. The kids were great but Fatima was seldom present, except when kids were being dropped off and picked up. When she saw the children’s parents, she would suddenly wedge herself between myself and their child and act as though she was interacting with them the entire time. Her husband Bob was a really sweet man, I remember he just had a stroke so he was there but usually resting. Fatima used to leave us with more than 20 young children and at least 4 infants when I believe laws dictate that each worker should have at most 9 young children and 2 infants at most. She was also aware of abuse occuring within a family. Thomas’s father, which was a family friend beat his wife and who knows if Thomas was beat but he’d come in with knots on his head and bruises. Fortunately, I left and never went back and Priscilla ended up leaving to work for one of the families directly. I would not recommend this daycare facility.
I worked at this home daycare an it s the worst !, the owner Maria Tanita is a rude an cold hearted person! Working there I saw her hit the kids, forcefully pull them to time out, when a child were to throw up the soup she would still forcefully feed them, unless she thought they might actually be sick an their little bellies are upset!, slap their hands when doing something that she thought would be wrong!...?? Really old hag ! She is lies an fake to people's face always saying negative stuff about the parents an how they raise there child! these innocent little kids being treated as if they were to know already right from wrong! I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. This owner has no society skills an talks to people how she wants. It s not right and I hope this word gets around about this daycare!
