We used Barbara for 8 weeks and then we paid for her 2 week Christmas vacation and then a few weeks later she told us and other parents we needed to find new care because our babies cried too much. She made sure to get a paid 2 weeks off before terminating us. She claimed days she needed off she would use a backup, this never happened. Her home is nice and she comes across like a real professional but is burned out. She MADE me leave work at 930 to get my baby because of crying. He came home and was completely fine and kept the rest of the weeks pay. She felt entitled but why would we give a 2 week notice when she cant handle a crying baby and tells us to get him "now".
