I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have been using this daycare for about 3 years now and to my surprise they refuse to allow early intervention to come and provide services for my son like every other daycare provider does and when I tell them that I will schedule his appointments in the morning the owner tells us that if my son comes after 9 am he needs to stay home. Some loyalty we huh after everything we put up with such as they are always closed for one reason or another, they look for every excuse not to open and my previous 2 children are now receiving early intervention services now as they have already started school and the owner tells us that they do a good enough job with the children and my son doesn't need those services. that shouldn't be up to her to decide.
