We are so grateful to have found the Shariff Family Day Care! Our son had been at another home day care, but we were not satisfied, and are very pleased with Anisha, Shariff, and all caring for the little ones. There is a quiet, dark room dedicated for naps and our son sleeps well there. They cook homemade, real food (nothing frozen or processed -- I even checked the fridge when we toured because I was adamant about this) and give the little ones fruit, cheerios, and sometimes puffs for snacks. There is an outdoor space (astroturf) with small climbing structures and toddler cars for the babies and toddlers to get some exercise and play. There is a covered play area for days when being outside is not an option (rare), that has swings and toddler carts. There is the main room, with puzzles and various toys, as well as the high chairs and tables where the kids eat. Everything is well organized and calm. The kids get lots of love and attention. We also really like the other families we have met here. It's a special place and we are glad that our son has been in the care of the Shariff family.
Shariff is a loving, doting caretaker. He and his assistant, Manisha, both clearly have a love for children that goes way beyond a paycheck. Shariff has years of experience which comes in handy when you have questions. Some of the parents affectionately call him the baby whisperer because he's able to get our kids to sleep, calmly change diapers and eat... Both he and Manesha greet the kids with hugs. We feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place!!
