The daycare located in the back househad many hazards that provider did not act to fix . Such as toys that posed tripping hazard due to small area of play and number of children present. Totes that were stacked three totes high posing a fall risk, and second emergencies exit being hard to reach due to toys, a recliner, small vacuum and a train table. |
