I have used this provider for less than 6 months
Do not take your child here. My husband and I have had the worse experience taking our child to Sandra and her husbands in home daycare. One day my husband went to pick up our son a little earlier then usual, our son was upstairs asleep in his car seat by himself. Both adults were downstairs. They gave us multiple stories, lie after lie. They barely speak English, so they could never communicate with us about our sons day, they wouldn’t even try. He was less then a year old so he couldn’t tell me anything but he’d start screaming/crying as soon as he saw their front door. Lastly, they completely disappeared with NO communication! I reached out to them to let them know what days he’d be coming one week and they just never replied to my txts, calls, I even went by their house and left a note. No one will answer the door even. I have no idea what happened to them! My son had been going there for months then they just disappear. Soooo unsettling! I’m sure they got reported and had to close their daycare down, but at least have the decency to communicate with the parents. I had to take my son to work with me for weeks. These people should not be trusted!
