I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The building looks beautiful. The program director made it sound so lovely but he LIED on several accounts. We were fooled into thinking it's a new place and they would try hard to earn our respect as parents. However, once you sign on the line, they just don't care. 1. After we joined this place, we found out that not too long ago, a small child wandered off the premises and onto a nearby highway next to the establishment. 2. They go on trips to cool places far away. The problem is the school buses have no A/C. The law does not require it, but taking the kids to Orlando in a bus with nothing but open windows in the middle of July is torture. Several other daycare centers in the area drive buses with A/C. 3. We were assured by the director before we joined that if we decided to stop attending, we would not be financially responsible for the remaining weeks of the program as long as we would notify them in advance. About a month into the summer program, we decided that it would be safer for our children to just stay at home. However, once we contacted the office, it was made clear that one of the papers we signed held us responsible for the remainder of the program. We refuse to pay for the negligence of our children. Don't make the same mistake we did - DON'T take them on their word. There is a general apathy towards children here. We are still surprised at what a lousy place this turned out to be. Not sure if they still work at Roma Court Academy, but two of our kids' teachers quietly claimed that they would think twice about taking their kids her.
