Erin,
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. IT is true, I do build relationships with my families as that is how I like to run my business. I take a lot of pride in the fact that all my families are friends outside of day care as well as here. It says a lot about the clients I attract, high quality. I also pride myself that I am able to maintain relationships with families LONG after they have moved on from my day care. That alone shows the type of business I run.
I have said it before and I will say it again: I wish you nothing but the best in your recovery. Your kids are amazing and need you on a daily basis. I hope that this becomes a reality sooner rather than later.
Best wishes to you,
Renee
I would give Renee Rogers zero if possible. I will say that at one time I thought she was wonderful with the children however after experiencing what I have I will never pay her a dollar again to watch my kids. She becomes very invested in her clients lives, going on camping trips, hosting parties, chatting on Facebook, etc. and will meddle in all of your business and share it with the other families as well. If you get on her bad side or she choses to favor one parent over the other it will be a problem. My husband and I went through a divorce while she is still watching one of my children and it has been hell. She is as two faced as they get. She has twice written false declarations to the courts and has publicly supported status updates that slander the mother of one of the children she watches. She is a mandated reporter yet she will claim that a parent left her child in a car unattended yet never reported it and never spoke to the other parent about her concerns, however 6 months later when one parent needed to build a case against the other she voluntarily wrote a declaration about the incident claiming great concern. She did it again on another occasion only this time it was the grandparents of the children. She is as unprofessional as it gets. I would constantly see FB updates, activity on FarmVille, grocery shopping trips, activity planning for outside events, packing for trips, all during business hours. If you are going to use her strictly as daycare and build no relationship with her great, but fair warning if you become her friend she can and will turn on you in an instance and make it a very voialitile situation for all. Her claims are for the best interest of the children, when in reality it is about ego, head pats and praise from her clients and will stop at nothing and hurt anyone to gain that. I would absolutely think twice about using her. I have never been more disappointed in someone who calls themselves a professional.
