Description: A 10 month-old infant did not want to drink breast milk or formula from a bottle or tippy cup during the hours he was in care. Staff initially kept trying to offer it to him, but eventually just offered him water. Children under 12 months need to be offered breast milk or formula for breakfast, lunch and snack.
