I love Nazreen she worked with my children off and on over the years, she was always available and worked with you, she was firm about how she ran her business, there were times I didn't agree, But I understood overtime, because she has to think about not just herself but the other children and their safety, there is a language conflict, so trying to communicate your thoughts can be challenging but she is a very caring person once you got use to her. So, I respected that, her prices are firm, and she deserves it, she picked up my kids from school when I asked, she feed them good home food, and she has a very clean house she taught my children, so I have no complaints.
Horrible customer service. The way she spoke to me over a misunderstanding. I can only imagine how she treat the children when parents are not around. I took my child out immediately.
