I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My experience at Rainbow School was fantastic! It MORE than prepared my son for Kindergarten. He was well loved by teachers and director/owner that has been there forever!! My son was enrolled from 2005-2008 and I now have a daughter, just turned 2 and started last week. We couldn't be happier. Owner is NOT there most of the time but she has staff/teachers who step up and are in control. Very good curriculum and rates are great compared to other preschools in the area. Hot lunch is included as well as potty training (thank you!). There is NO tv that kids are plopped in front of, beautiful sand area for kids to play. We are happy. <3

The owner of the school is running some sort of scam. She is never available to speak in person about anything. She over charged me for three weeks and when confronted via her note system because she can not own up to making a phone call or meeting in person and relies on the teachers to do her dirty work, she also had the nerve to add late fees, then expected anyone who paid late to pay a month in advance. If she is overcharging, then it's not late, and now my child was given a last day notice. Not to mention, there is always at least 20 kids at any given time, and I've only seen two teachers at any given time. Yes they have about 4-5 teachers, but they are never there at the same time. This has to be against the law. Most of the teachers are very rude, and I agree with janprice 110%. They have no customer service skills, they cast dirty looks, and make parents feel like they are always doing something wrong. My child seems to be happy when I pick him up, but he is probably too young to know any better. When we first started there, I asked if I can stay on the first day for awhile and they were appauled as if I was asking too much and said they highly DO NOT recommend it. I wonder why that is, maybe they would get caught with the lack of teacher ratio per kid. I thought starting school would be a good experience, but I never felt so dismissed and clueless when it comes to my child and what he does during the day. They don't abide by the contract either. They don't include all their hidden fees they threaten you with. $50 if you don't sign a child out...news to me, I understand the legality, but put it in your contract people. AND Get more teachers, and stop taking advantage of your parents, and stop hiding behind the teachers. I feel like reporting this school. Someone needs to do some investigating because knowing what I know now, there is no way my child is going back there. And to parents who think this is a great school, open your eyes, and pay attention.

Teachers were not communicating with parents. They were not professional. Very offensive when you voiced your concerns. When you call to ask about your child they make you feel as if you were interupting their day. No customer service whatsoever. If the teachers (the worst is the owner of the school) couldn't communicate with you, how could they communicate and teach your children. My childs main complaint was there were too many kids enrolled.
