I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Rachel is awesome with the kids and the house is always clean and well maintained. She has a calm and caring demeanor that the kids respond well to! I highly recommend anyone who needs childcare services to Rachel.
I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services
Rachel Brown is an outstanding mother, sister, friend, wife, and Daycare Mom. She is devoted to her own children as well as to those entrusted to her care.
Her Home Daycare Center is a clean, healthy, and happy place and I would not hesitate to entrust her with the care of ANY child!
Rachel is a wonderful individual inside & out! She is compassionate, caring & very respectful. She will go above & beyond for anyone, including all of the children she provides care for in her home. I will continue to recommend her services as a provider to anyone that asks.
Rachel has watched my daughter for the past several months and we are very pleased. She comes home talking about the fun activities that Miss Rachel did with the kids during the day. She is always excited to go see Miss Rachel and the other children, very warm loving environment.
We love Miss Rachel! She is so great with our kids. She does crafts with them and they just love it. Rachel runs the daycare out of her beautiful home, and I would highly suggest her to anyone needing someone to care for their children!! Thank you Rachel, for giving us the piece of mind to know are children are happy and cared for while we are at work! ??
I am thrilled with Rachel and the quality of childcare she has provided my children for the last several years. Rachel’s attention to the needs of each child she cares for is awesome. One of my children had different needs than the others and Rachel recognizes that, giving him the extra patience he requires. My children are always happy when I pick them up, showing off their crafts and activities they did for the day. I absolutely recommend Rachel and her in home child care facility. Thanks for all you’ve done for us!
My daughter enjoys going to Rachel’s day care. The house is well maintained, neat and has an AWSOME fenced in yard for lots of outside play. We have had a great exsperance and would recommend Rachel’s daycare to anyone looking.
Rachel Brown is an amazing mother and very compassionate and caring . She provides amazing services to children and home is clean and tidy . Many activities for children to do . I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare in that area .

So she tried to have my original comment removed (don't know if the website will actually remove it or not) which says a lot about her. Rachel, you clearly didn't read my comment. I said I was "going to enroll my son". During our interview, you seemed completely normal and said that our son would fit in there. Once we decided on you for childcare and called you to tell you (which you didn't answer your phone), you texted me an hour or two later says that "it wasn't going to work out" without any further explanation. I tried texting and calling you back, but you never responded. Communication is important and I found this unprofessional. Also, you took two years to notice my comment. I just think other parents deserve to know. Plus a reason you wanted to take down my comment was that "you didn't know me", which clearly you do remember me. Lying also says a lot about a person.
I am writing in response to the review above that gave me one star. We did have an interview where we talked about what she needed and what I provided. I never agreed to watch her child or signed a contract with her. It was one hour after our interview that I decided that I was not going to watch her child. I have nothing but 5 star reviews on Facebook and Care.com from parents that are completely satisfied with the care I provide.

I was going to enroll my son with her and the night before he would start she texted me saying it wasn't going to work out without an explanation. I find this unprofessional and annoying as I had to call another provider at 6 in the evening for the following day as both my husband and me work. Hope she doesn't do that to people once they're enrolled. Being a military family, we can't afford random cancellations.
