I have used this provider for more than 6 months
Owners are obstinate that anything is the daycare's fault. My child was yelled at and improperly dealt with on multiple occasions. There are ten other places you can take your child for the same cost, and you won't have to deal with the excuses.
My daughter has been attending this center since she was 6 months and is now 3 years old. I have found that the staff is completely professional, caring, attentive and nurturing. She comes home happy and well taken care of.
I would highly recommend (and have) this center to anyone.
Primetime is a wonderful preschool/childcare center. After searching for a daycare before my first child was born, I toured nearly every place in the Meridian area (in-homes too) and fell in love with Primetime. It isn't the fanciest place in the area, but it just felt right. It is big enough that the children are grouped by age in separate rooms, but small enough that there are not 8+ babies or 20+ older kids in each room.
Both my children started at Primetime when they were very young and are now both school-aged children. The majority of the staff has been there the whole time - very little turn over (which is hard to find in most childcare centers). Both of my children were more than ready for Kindergarten when they started school - mostly due to the fact that Primetime has experienced teachers that truly care about children.
The center itself is clean, inviting and small enough that my kids know all the teachers. I feel confident in leaving my most precious possessions (my children) in an environment that is safe and consistent.
The tuition rates are comparable (if not cheaper) that what my co-workers pay at other centers. As a bonus, Primetime teaches preschool everyday in each of the classrooms - not just the older kids.
I would highly recommend Primetime to anyone looking for a childcare/preschool program.
I have to agree with previous review: the owners are very rude and unprofessional! The are only concerned with financial gain at any cost - despite all the efforts to mislead you into believing they are dedicated to caring for the children! Will not recommend!
Staff confrontational, unfriendly and unprofessional in front of children and to parents. Bad experience. Do not trust staff w/ my children and advise others not to as well. Staff need to take anger management.
