I am an employee (Director) at People of Faith Early Learning and Childcare Center. We are a Quality Rated center through our State. We govern our business according to higher standards. We have had people who don't know how to communicate or express their concerns in a proper manner. I am not rude to people, but I will not address people who choose to communicate in a disrespectful manner. I have been threatened and disagreed with when it’s time to clear up a debt for childcare. I take threats seriously these days, so therefore I walk away from people who choose to do these types of things. Our employees do not yell at children or treat them badly. They are trained because the State requires it every year. We have a state-of-the-art facility equipped with monitors as well as cameras. If there is a problem, we can review the recordings to check if there’s a situation that needs to be addressed. I believe these comments were made by an angry customer or a disgruntled employee who walked away from the job. I haven’t fired a single employee since I’ve been employed here but when I call them to a higher standard, they leave the job. I know we do quality work. I know these 2 negative statements does not reflect the thoughts of other customers who bring their children to our center. These are totally false claims and will be addressed.
This daycare has potiential, but there needs to be more training. The owner is rude and can at times not listen to parents. She has put kids out because parents were concerned about the childs safety. If a parent ask a question concerning spanking or discipline, the owner will put them out of the daycare. Some of the kids don't like going here because the workers are young, untraing and holler at students
This center is bottom of the barrel. Employees yell at the children, do not provide lunch for them if they are sleeping at the time lunch is provided, and will not change diapers until the end of the day before pickup. To ensure they don't need to change it again, they withhold drinks at the end of the day. I would highly suggest finding somewhere else to send your child that actually cares about children.
My children goes to this center and i think its a wonderful place for them. I think they are learning a lot and staff is very friendly and helpful. I also like that when my kids are sick the staff give me kiddie grams and call to let me know my child is sick. Parents might need to take inconsideration not to bring their child to the center sick and make sure they have a doctor visit before coming back.
