There are better places for YOU and your kiddo/kiddos. Yes they will treat certain kids wonderful and some families wonderful as all providers do. After listening to what has happened to my family in Casper it’s not worth your time. Keep looking elsewhere. Out of no where the owners dropped the care of my family with no warning. Not to mention the communication is 100% horrible they expect you to read their minds through text and then when you call them out on their wrong to try and find some answers they will reverse it to try and blame you for something. They have no explanation for why they will drop you the text will state this is just a hard decision we had to do. Not to mention my family was paying full time fee for part time to just keep a spot. As covid19 hit my family is thankful to still have some reimbursement from their job but if they are home why would they continue he bringing in their child in that moment. All of this had been communicated but Ezra pulled that we had not had communication as there was with Brandy. I could go on and on of things that happened all in all we wish them the best but for you as recommendation I would continue looking else where. You will be happier!
Well I don’t know about anyone else, but this place is amazing! Full service day care. Upon bringing my new born son to them I had stopped by to check it out, being a new father I wanted the best for my son. I met with them and instantly knew this was the place. They were nothing but open arms to me and my son from the start, they have been treating my boy like one of their own, many times I have walked in as seen Ezra and Brandy playing with the kids or reading books to the chrildern, who every gave them a low review must be crazy or have the wrong daycare. Idk.
I worked there and it was the best place I have ever worked. All of the kids come in and are take care of with such great care and are always happy to be there. The kids are treated with respect and they come out educated and ready to grow. Brandy and Ezra have no intentions of treating these kids poorly by all needs when your kid walks in they are (in brandy and Ezra’s eyes) their kids for the time they are there and give them everything they need. I highly recommend this child care for your kid you will not be disappointed
DO NOT USE!!! This is the worst daycare in Casper. The owners are rude, disrespectful and are dishonest. I would not trust children in their care if they act anything like they do with parents. They close daycare without warning and still expect to get paid, and they do not abide by their own contract. ONCE AGAIN WORST DAYCARE I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!
This is by far the worst daycare i have ever dealt with. The owners should not be able to run a business the way that they do. I do not feel safe having children at this facility and the relationships with clients is nothing but unprofessional. The facility lies constantly and should have their license taken away.
This daycare has been nothing but amazing since we started there three years ago. Our children are treated and loved like family and I have never felt more comfortable leaving them in someone else's care. It puts me at ease to know that my children are cared for in a safe and clean environment and are also learning everything from manners to ABC's and days of the week! I am so glad we found them and would highly recommend Park St. Playhouse!
RANT!!! Park street daycare!!!! We started off great there and thought they were amazing. Fast forward and they kept taking money from us unjustified. We paid for 20hrs a week. First problem:The week of August 20th they decided to take a full week of vacation and forced us to pay that weeks daycare fee even though they were gone. They said they will not reimburse it until he is there for a year. (Because of that I had to pay them and find another babysitter and pay the babysitter while i worked on top of paying them) Next problem...Friday we were informed that 3 weeks ago that we were 18 mins over our 20 hours a week and that we are to pay for a 40 hour week. Frustrated I asked why i was not informed of the overage the week of, so that I could use the hours im having to pay for. They went off the wall justifying thay its in the contract and that we have to pay $60 for being 18 mins over. Ok, I understand that i went over and have to pay for the hours, but i wanted to know why they waited until i could not use the hours i paid for? Not happy! Tuesday comes and we get a 3 week termination notice from them for no reason. So i agree and ask for a refund of the time we paid overage and for the week of their vacation. It is not in the contract that we are to pay for their vacation. They in return blow up and say we are just trying to find loop holes. Ultimately they agreed to reimburse their week of vacation because its not in the contract. That was yesterday. We had 3 weeks left with them still. This morning we go to take him to daycare and they said they terminated us completely. Wtf!? On what grounds? They literally terminated us because we were not allowing them to steal from us. Sad part is they did it to another friend as well, so we arent the only ones.
