The reason I give this rating is because I applied to Panda Learning Educ ctr and drop me application to come to find out that the owner Lesley Frost sold her business. I was communication with Ms.Frost for couple of days before my fiance went on a tour. She never said anything after the tour. When my fiance brought back the application he was told be the new owner Ms. Palmer that we need to fill out another application bc that was the old forms. We were never advised of any changes. Ms. Palmer has never seemed pleasant when we have talked to her on speaker when Keisha the admin had her on speaker phone. I handed my notice in to terminate the service bc the facility was making up rules as they go. They wouldn't allow us to get our children belongings on Friday 9/16 and told us to come back on Monday 9/19. When we arrived Keisha the admin couldn't find our children belongings. She only found our daughter's backpack, sheet and
blanket but our son's blanket and sheet also his wipes were no where to be found. So we have to come back tomorrow 9/20 morning to get the rest of his things. I have never had facility change owners without notification or even Under New Management sign. The payments aren't correct for when our children attend. They started in the middle of the week and we are being charged for a full week. At the other location in Bear I have a coworker who is going through a similiar situation.
