Description: Inside Open Arms you’ll see happy, engaged children in a fresh, welcoming environment. As you walk through the halls, you’ll hear stories, laughter, singing, and prayers. You may even smell cookies or muffins fresh out of the oven–part of meals cooked on site in our kitchen. Your child will feel the fun of making friends, the rewards of learning, the excitement of being part of a miniature society, and the joy of growing closer to Jesus.
Our Center is thematic and center based. Thematic means that each class teaches around a theme each week; for example they may teach on farm week, circus week, creation of animals, creation of people, etc… Center based means that in the toddler and above class rooms children have learning centers such as dramatic play, science center, writing center, art center, library center, block center and more with activities that revolve around the weekly theme lessons or Bible story.
