I have 2 children enrolled here and am constantly having issues with the treatment of them. They have refused to show me the footage from my son's classroom after he chipped his tooth and busted his lips. Directors response was that the teachers never saw anything. Infants are lefts strapped in bouncy chairs for hours and never put in a crib to sleep. My toddler is fed candy all day. Both my kids come home filthy, they do not practice good hygiene or ensure the rooms and toys are cleaned. Both kids have gotten Strep throat 3 times in the 4 months we have been there. I will be removing my children and reporting this daycare.
This school used to be top notch but somewhere along the way, took a turn for the worse. There's a very high staff turnover rate. By the time your little one builds trust and a relationship with someone, they have either been moved to another classroom or have quit. There's a major problem with administration, neither the owner nor the director have the best attitude. Neither listen to parent concerns or wishes for their child. The director is flat out rude and appears to only be concerned about herself. State inspectors are constantly being called out there for issues dealing with safety, overcrowding, questionable neglect, higher child to staff ratio's than allowed, expired food/drinks being served, not following feeding plans, and so on. There are a handful of staff members that are absolutely wonderful and truly love their job and love the kids but it appears that more of them are there just for a paycheck, and sadly enough, there are even some that appear annoyed by children. They had a staff member who couldn't lift kids in the infant classroom. How are the children being properly tended to? This school has the potential to be something special, but the resources and administration are lacking.
I had many issues with this school.I found the director, as well as many teachers of this school simply do not care about the children. She tells her employees to hide things from parents. The classrooms are beyond capacity, which does not allow the teacher to appropriately watch each child. I would highly recommend that you do not send your child to this school.
