-Friendly staff
-Convenient location, easy parking, etc.
-Communication via email updates regarding events, snow days, staff/child illnesses, etc.
Cons:
-No doorbell; must call a phone # to have someone open the door (very inconvenient when trying to carry a child and supplies into the place)
-No windows for natural light in some of the rooms
-School vacation schedule for day care is inconvenient if you as a working parent don't have a teacher's schedule or lots of vaca time, etc.
-Tuition is an annual commitment
