Description:
We offer a fun, safe environment for preschool children to learn and develop at their own pace. We have a low 1:6 teacher/child ratio, which allows us to focus on and bond with each individual child. We believe that at this stage of development, preschool children learn best through actively engaging and experiencing interesting materials within their environment. We devote a large portion of each day to child-initiated free play, both inside and out, where children are encouraged to choose from several open-ended, developmentally appropriate activities that will stimulate many areas of his or her cognitive, motor and social/emotional growth.
We are an energetic husband and wife team who have been in business since 2009. Mallory has a Teacher Credential through the California Association of Teacher Credentialing. She previously worked in a center teaching preschool, while working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. Ben previously worked with at-risk teens in a rehabilitation center.
