I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I know my child is not the easiest to care for as she has ADHD however we have met every reasonable accommodation she has asked for For 2 years my daughter went to this daycare and after about 6 months the daycare decided to change there hours, full knowing we would not be able to keep her there, and we found a way to work around it and keep her there, Then 6 months later she decided to charge extra fee's if the child was there more than 8 hours a day even though that was her original hours we paid the money, Then she started closing and saying she was sick or asking us to pick up early cause of health issues. Then she sent a notice as my child was ready for Kindergarden that she would no longer have Any school age kids at her day care so we where forced to leave. My daughter has requested to visit with her numerous times. We have sent e-mails texts and phone calls and it has been 2 years and she still will not let my daughter visit her. We always paid cash never late we were perfect with every accomidation. If she has an issue with me or my wife that is fine but don't punish the child we have to keep telling her she is away or on vacation or something cause she blows us off. not very nice when you raise someone's children to just get rid of them and not even say hi later on.
