Description: Mt. Lebanon Extended Day Program (MLEDP) has seven school locations and one all day summer site which meet the educational and safety standards, and accredited staff licensing requirements of the state of Pennsylvania.
Our staff provides educational assistance according to the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) Child Care Licensing Regulations to children in grades K-5 on a daily basis.
Guided activities encompass use of math, reading, social studies, science and language arts skills along with socialization skills, indoor and outdoor play. Our staff members plan educational activities using the Kolb Experiential Learning model.
